Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the mayo, gochujang (1-2 tbsp depending on how spicy you want it), lime juice, minced garlic, sugar, sesame oil and salt (to taste).

Step 2
Stir the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well-blended. Ensure the gochujang is fully incorporated into the mayo.
Step 3
Taste the aioli and add salt if needed. If you prefer a bit of sweetness, add more sugar and mix again.
Step 4
For best results, cover the bowl and let the aioli chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
