Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients. Form into 3 equal sized patties. Chill in freezer for 15 min. Transfer patties to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in oven until internal temp reaches 150 degrees, about 15 min. *for extra flavor grill the patties over high heat for 4 min on each side, then remove from grill and finish in a 350 degree oven for 4-5 min.
