Step 1
Combine the flour and salt in a glass bowl and mix. Use your hands to hollow out a hole in the centre of the flour mixture
Put in the egg, milk and water and whisk.
Once combined, take a pan and put the butter on it.
Heat up the stove and melt the butter. Pour the batter and wait till golden brown.
If you want, top with rasperries and whipped cream
