Instructions
Step 1
Chop onions, garlic, ginger, broccoli and bell pepper.
Step 2
1/2 cup of soy sauce and honey
Step 3
2tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes
Step 4
A bunch of chicken thighs with butter and all the other ingredients in a pressure cooker(can just use a big pan/wok too imo, just takes a bit longer. The important part is the chicken being entirely cooked)
Step 5
Remove the solid ingredients with a slotted spoon and sauté the sauce with some corn starch until it thickens, re-add the removed ingredients and stir
Step 6
Make some couscous, quinoa or rice, top with the teriyaki chicken and this concludes the serious recipe
