For the Cilantro-Lime Chicken
1 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
2limes
Juice and zest from
2 Tbspolive oil
2cloves garlic
minced
2 tsphoney
½ tspground cumin
½ tspkosher salt
¼ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Make the dressing
Step 1
Whisk all the dressing ingredients together
Marinate the chicken
Step 2
Combine all the chicken ingredients in a large resealable bag and marinate for at least an hour and up to 8 hours.
