Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, combine broth, water, garlic, ginger and peppers. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Test by cutting a piece in half.
Step 4
Drain pasta and add to saucepan.
Step 5
Cook, stirring with a fork, 1-2 minutes or until pasta is heated through.
Step 6
Remove ginger and peppers from soup; discard.
Step 7
Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with green onions.
