Preheat oven to 350 (175 c)

Pat tofu dry and break apart
Step 3
Add cornstarch,salt,pepper and oil on tofu
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Fry onion,garlic,ginger in oil with seasonings
Step 6
Add tomato passata and simmer 5-10 minutes
Step 7
Add on the milk, lemon juice, sugar and tofu and serve with rice and naan
