Instructions
Step 1
2 Tbs avocado or other neutral oil in hot cast iron pan. Onions in first, 1 min, jalapeño and tomatoes next. Sprinkle coarse salt. Cook till charred one side, toss in garlic. Turn and char other side of veggies, not too much.
Step 2
Process 4 - 5 pulses in food processor. Add red wine vinegar. Fold in Avocado and cilantro. One pulse only.
Step 3
Eat that thing.
