Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and form patties of 200gr each approximately 12 -16 pcs.
Step 2
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
Step 3
Alternatively, freeze them for another day and cook in the oven directly.
Step 4
Serve with bulgur & quinoa, and a homemade tomato sauce.
Step 5
Add a fresh green salad and greek yoghurt for serving
