Step 1
1. Cook rice day before and store in fridge 2. Cut vegetables small and tear up tofu
3. Air fry tofu for 20-30 minutes until crispy 4. Fry onion and garlic in wok before adding carrots, broccoli and then capsicum 5. Fry until cooked before adding rice & sauces and pepper
6. Add tofu and mix well
