Sweet N Sour Tofu

If you don’t like Tofu you should definitely try this easy recipe . It’s vegan it’s gluten free it’s full of yummy flavor and is delicious pan fried or even air fried !

Instructions
Step 1
Remove the Tofu from the packaging then place paper towels over and under the Tofu and weigh it down with some cans . Let it sit about 15 minutes so the moisture can lean out
Step 2
In a bowl add miso paste ( light or dark it’s up to you which one ) agave syrup tamari toasted sesame oil and the juice of one lime. If you like it more sour add more lime juice . Also check that the sauces are gluten free to make sure the recipe is gluten free . Whisk all of the ingredients together
Step 3
Remove the paper towels from the tofu then cut the tofu down the middle and then into triangles like toasts . Place in a bowl then cover in the marinade and coat it all over . Put in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors get acquainted
Step 4
Once marinaded add a little oil to a pan on medium high heat then fry the tofu ( or air fry ) for a few minutes on each side until it has a beautiful flavorful color . Serve how you like I add sesame seeds and Koriander and veggies . Enjoy !
