Instructions
Prepare the corn:
Step 1
Husk the corn and remove all the silk.
Step 2
Cut the ears of corn into quarters lengthwise. This can be done by carefully cutting through the center of the cob, then cutting each half again to make quarters. This will create "ribs" of corn.
Season the Corn Ribs:

In a small bowl, microwave together the salted butter, honey and gochujang for 30 seconds or until the butter has completely melted.

Brush the corn ribs with the seasoned butter mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Air-fry the corn ribs:

Arrange the seasoned corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to cook them in batches.
Step 7
Air fry the corn ribs for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. They should be golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and green onions.
