If you're a fellow 'can't be arsed' chef (like me) - one pot recipes will literally change your life.
Whack everything in one pot, let it cook, then enjoy your meal or portion it out for later - and the best part? You only have one pot to wash up afterward. I make this sausage pasta at least once a week, and for the minimal effort it requires, it's will blow your socks off.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop the onions and fry in a pan with garlic purée until brown.
Step 2
2. Chop up the sausages and add to the pan along with the red pepper. When cooked, add the pasta and pasta water.
Step 3
3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is soft. Add more water if needed.
Step 4
4. Add the spinach, top with cheese and enjoy!
