Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
In a pan brown up the meat and drain any excess grease.
Step 3
Stir in the taco seasoning, rotel, and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Step 4
To a 9x13 baking dish add 1/2 cup water to the bottom and the peppers evenly on top.
Step 5
Scoop an even amount of meat into each pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove foil and top with the cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes.
