Ingredients

1 lblean ground beeg
1onion
diced
6 ozmushrooms
3garlic cloves
minced
1 ½ cupsbeef broth
½ cupwhite wine
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspdried oregano
2 tsptomato paste
2 Tbspdijon mustard
1 Tbspall purpose flour
1 cupGreek yogurt
room temperature
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat in large pan, drain off excess fat.
Step 2
Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent
Step 3
Add spices, herbs, and flour, mixing well. Deglaze pan with wine and reduce until most of the liquid evaporates
Step 4
Add tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire, and dijon.
Step 5
Bring to simmer, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
Step 7
Serve over pasta if desired
