Instructions

Step 1
Gently roll the puff pastry sheet into a log. Cover and refrigerate for 30mins.
Step 2
In a bowl, add egg, egg yolks, sugar, milk, cream and vanilla extract then whisk. Cover and refrigerate for 30mins.
Step 3
Cut the puff pastry log into 6 pieces.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 5
Roll out each pastry round onto a lightly floured surface. Roll until each is at least 10cm.
Step 6
Spray muffin tray with oil. Press each pastry round into a muffin mould.
Step 7
Pour 1/4 cup batter into each mould.
Step 8
Bake for 20-25min or until tops are golden. Take out tray and leave for 5mins before transferring tarts to a cooling rack.
