Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the protein powder, almond flour & salt.
Step 2
Add tahini, Maple syrup, vanilla, & milk. Stir with a spatula until thoroughly combined & the mixture holds together. Add additional splash of milk if needed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 3
Use ice cream scoop to form into balls. Place in fridge or freezer to firm up before eating.
Step 4
Peanut or Almond butter can be used in place of tahini.
Step 5
I store mine in the freezer, to hold form and create a yummy cold treat.
