Instructions
Step 1
Spread 10g of butter on one of the tortillas and then add 10g of cheese. Sprinkle with herbs.
Step 2
Place the second tortilla on top and spread the remaining 10g butter on top and then add the remaining 20g cheese, Sprinkle with more herbs
Step 3
Place in an air fryer at 180C until the cheese is melted and golden brown (~5- 10 mins)
Step 4
Mix some light mayo with piri piri seasoning to make a spicy mayo dip (optional)
