Instructions

Step 1
Clean the cauliflower and remove the think white stem. Boil the cauliflower for 10 minutes in salty water. Once this time is passed, put it into a strainer and let it cool down.

In a large bowl, mix all the spices together. Put the cauliflower in the bowl and mix it gently with your hands until the vegetables are covered with the mixture of spices.
