Step 1
Clean the cauliflower and remove the think white stem. Boil the cauliflower for 10 minutes in salty water. Once this time is passed, put it into a strainer and let it cool down.

In a large bowl, mix all the spices together. Put the cauliflower in the bowl and mix it gently with your hands until the vegetables are covered with the mixture of spices.

Step 3
Warm a pan and let some butter melt in it. When it is really hot, ease down the cauliflower and roast it for maximum minutes.
