Step 1
Any cracker can form the crispy base, I typically use leftover rotis and air fry until they’re golden crispy.
Step 2
Cool the chickpeas until they are of a mashable texture and set aside a 1/3 of it smashed. Mix in the spices and salt.
Step 3
Assemble by using the crackers and chickpeas as a base and top with yogurt (watered down a little), tamarind sauce, veggies and cilantro on top.
