Instructions
Step 1
If you're using a food processor, put everything in and process until a soft ball forms

If you're using a hand mixer, beat the egg first and then beat in remaining ingredients

Using two sheets of parchment paper or wax paper, roll out the dough between the sheets until about one-sixteenth inch.

Step 4
Cut into small rectangles using a table knife. I usually get 36 pieces.
Step 5
Bake in pre-heated 350ºF oven for 8 or so minutes. If browned around the edges, they're done. You might have to remove in stages.
