Instructions

Step 1
Dry Ingredients. Combine and mix well all dry ingredients (except for the raisins and chips) in a large mixing bowl. You can now preheat your oven to 350 degrees so you can get ready for the real baking fun! 👩‍🍳
Step 2
Black beans and milk. Now place your rinsed and drained black beans and milk into a electric shake blender, blend until smooth.
Step 3
Wet ingredients. Add all wet ingredients including the black beans and milk to the dry ingredients in your large mixing bowl. Hand mix well until all ingredients look well blended. Now add chips and raisins and mix all this deliciousness together!
Step 4
Baking fun! 🤩 Apply cooking spray to muffin pans, this recipe makes 12 delicious muffins! Evenly distribute batter into the muffin pans. ❓Do you have an ice cream scoop? If you do you can use it like I do to easily scoop and place the batter into the muffin pans. Place oven rack to the center of your oven and now your ready to place your muffins in the oven. Go ahead, I’ll wait. 🙂 Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. I suggest you watch and check your muffins early because your oven may cook quicker than mine, just to be safe. You will want to be safe and not waste these!
