Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter and add golden syrup.
Step 2
Combine boiling water with baking soda (not to be confused with baking powder) and add to the butter.
Step 3
Combine all your ingredients with oats, coconut, flour and sugar.
Step 4
Place Ferrero size balls of mixture onto lined baking trays and flatten slightly
Step 5
Cook for 13-15 minutes at 180°Celsius (370° Fahrenheit).
Step 6
Cool on paper for 5 minutes then cool on wire rack.
Step 7
