Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°. Press extra moisture from spinach; set aside. Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add onion and celery. Saute over medium heat until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt, dill weed, and pepper. Return to heat. Blend in half and half. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach and almonds. Transfer to lightly oiled 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with sesame vegetable topping. Bake for 35-40 minutes until hot and topping is lightly browned.
