Instructions
Step 1
Peel carrots and slice diagonally into round
Step 2
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and cover. Cook 4 minutes without stirring.


Step 3
Remove the lid and flip carrots. Continue to saute 3 to 4 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs and top with butter if desired.
