Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
To a medium mixing bowl, add the flour and greek yogurt. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to stir together until nearly combined. It will be crumbly.
Step 3
Lightly flour a clean surface and add the dough, kneading together mostly fully combined. Don't overwork it, it will be sticky and crumbly.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls and gently shape each into a small ball, laying dough on table surface and cupping your hand around dough rolling into the table in circular motion to create a round ball. Lay each onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
To a small bowl, use a fork to whisk the egg. Use a pastry brush to brush both sides of the bagels.
Step 6
Sprinkle with your choice of seasonings and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 7
Let cool for at least 15 minutes and then slice and enjoy
