These flatbreads last me so long. I tend to put nine in a freezer bag, to serve from frozen I reheat for 8 minutes in a 220°c fan oven.

Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve sugar into a measuring jug with lukewarm water. Whisk in the yeast, leaving to froth, then whisk and leave again.
Step 2
Add all other ingredients to a large bowl, then pour in the contents of the measuring jug until combined to a sticky consistency.
Step 3
Gently knead and leave to prove in an oiled bowl for an hour; then separate into equally sized dough balls and batch cook, rolling each to 1/2 cm thickness and placing into a 220°c fan oven for 4-6 mins.
