Instructions
Step 1
Put all your diced chicken breast into a bowl.


Step 2
Add flour and mix through till all the chicken is covered.
Step 3
Place all the chicken into airfryer and cook for 20 minutes at 180C degrees.

Step 4
While the chicken is in the airfryer, cook the minced garlic over the stove for about five minutes until slightly browned. Stir through garlic to ensure it doesn’t stick.


Step 5
Add honey and barbecue sauce to garlic and mix through.

Step 6
Turn down the heat, stirring occasionally until the chicken is done in the airfryer.

Step 7
Add all the chicken to the sauce mixture. Mixing through until all the chicken is covered. Continue to cook the chicken over the stove til cooked through.

Step 8
In the meantime, add in the broccoli and cauliflower rice to an oven/airfryer safe dish and heat in airfryer (or microwave) for 10 minutes.


Step 9
Combine 1/4 of the chicken mixture to a 1/4 of the rice and enjoy. The rest can be stored in the fridge.
