Made in same way as Japanese cheesecake.

Beat egg whites with sugar till stiff peaks

Mixing in separate bowl remaining ingredients. Fold into meringue
Step 4
Put in 9x12 sheet pan lined with parchment. In 350° oven with a steaming pan of water on side. Bake 25 minutes, open oven to let a bit of heat out, reduce heat to 275° bake another 30 minutes, or until nice brown crust. Let cool, use cookie cutter to cut out circles.
