Fried Brown Rice with Edamame

Instructions

Step 1
Heat skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add a little water, then add onions and garlic. Cook until soft, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the rice, breaking apart any clumps. Drizzle with soy sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until rice is completely heated through, stirring constantly as it cooks.
Step 3
Stir in the edamame, peas and carrots, black pepper and ginger. Cook for 2-4 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Stir in sesame oil. Mix well.
Step 5
Top servings with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
