Instructions
Step 1
Cook Noodles: Boil water, add Buldak noodles, cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Prepare Noodles: Return noodles to pot with 8T hot water, sauce packet, some sweet corn, 1T mayonnaise, 1t sugar, and some mozzarella cheese. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Wrap in Rice Paper: Soak rice paper in water for a second, place noodles on top, add sweet corn, and fold the sides to wrap.
Step 4
Variations: Place lettuce and roll. Place a small piece of cheese in the center of the rice paper and put some noodles on top. Wrap it well with the rice paper.
