Instructions

Step 1
Squeeze the kimchi to remove excess moisture and cut it into smaller pieces. For a flavorful stir-fry, use well-fermented kimchi.
Step 2
Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil into a preheated pan. Add the kimchi. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir-fry on medium-high heat until most of the moisture evaporates.
Step 3
When the moisture has reduced, add about 1teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds for a richer flavor. Sprinkle some green onions. Once done, transfer to a plate. Enjoy delicious stir-fried kimchi!
