Step 1
sauté ur onion in oil for a couple min, add broccoli, garlic, ginger, sambal, & soy sauce and cook for another 2 min. mix in green curry paste. add coconut milk and stir to combine. mix in kale. place udon noodles on top, cover, cook for a few minutes, then mix noodles gently into the sauce (don’t break em). let simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens and ur veggies are fully cooked
