Instructions
Step 1
Add your avocado, flour and salt into a food processor and mix everything for about 30-45 seconds or until you have a dough.
Step 2
Roll out your dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 2 mm and cut it into triangles. Add your tortilla chips on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until crispy (180C/360F). You can serve them with some salsa, guacamole or in your charcuterie board. Buon appetito!
