Step 1
First strain the chickpeas then add them into a big bowl with a grated Clove of garlic harissa paste cumin lime juice half a diced bell pepper 3 sliced scallions a cup of unsweetened plant based yogurt chopped coriander and season to taste with salt and pepper and mix together

Step 2
Slice the avocados then rib with the juice of the like to stop them browning . After removing the deed scoop some of the flesh out to make a little bowl then add the avocado into the salad and mix again
