Step 1
Sauté onions with butter or oil
Cook beef with onions in pan
Season beef with salt and pepper
Drain all beans other than chili beans and add to crock pot
Add tomatoes and rotel
Add beef and onions
Add 2 alarm chili mix Cook on low for 4ish hours, longer the better
