Instructions
Step 1

Add 3-4 chicken breasts to the crock pot. Add 1 packet Fajita seasoning and 2 cups Chicken broth. Add green chiles and red enchilada sauce. Add 1 can of corn and 1 can of creamed corn. Add 1 can of white beans.
Step 2

Cook on low 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Step 3

Shred chicken
Step 4

Add cream cheese and sour cream
Step 5

Mix, top with cilantro, cotija cheese and sour cream to taste
