Step 1
1. Slice onions thinly.
Step 2
2. In a medium hot buttered pan, add butter and onions. Sautรฉ onions until brown. Stir frequently during sautรฉ process.

3. Remove onion. Put onions into a bowl. Add the olive oil, egg yolks, a bunch of parmesan, salt and pepper.

4. Pour the bowl of ingredients into your blender and puree.

5. Add in roughly a cup of water throughout the blending process.

6. Add the spaghetti or pasta of your choice.

7. Top with fresh parsley.
