Instructions
Step 1
Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in a pan

Add single layer of gnocchi in the pan and coat with melted butter.

Add a nice dusting of Old Bay Garlic and Herb seasoning to your taste. I like a tablespoon or two.

Salt to taste. I like 2 pinches.

Turn the heat up medium high and stir the gnocchi occasionally. Don't over cook but your looking for a crisp. Use a fork to test for a crust.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy with meatloaf, chicken, turkey whatever you would have potatoes with. It's also great by itself.
