Instructions

Step 1
Mix yeast with water, sugar, and inulin powder. Let site for 15 mins.
Step 2
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, flax seeds, psyllium husks and xanthum gum until blended
Step 3
Beat 4 eggs and add to flour mixture until it is a crumbly consistency
Step 4
Add yeast to flour and eggs, and mix gently until full incorporated
Step 5
Let mixture sit covered in a warm area for 50 minutes or until 1 1/2 times the size
Step 6
While waiting, grease 1 bread pan and coat with almond flour
Step 7
When dough has risen, carefully add to breadpann, shaping the top. Do not punch down or overmix
Step 8
Preheat oven to 325 F. Let sit for 35 mins in breadpan. Bake for 50 minutes, then cover and bake another 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
