Tips:
1. Cover the eggs with another plate during steaming to prevent steam water drops onto the eggs.
2. Water must be boiling before putting the eggs for steaming.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Crack 4 eggs into a small bowl and mark the level.
Step 2
2. Pour the eggs into another bowl and beat it with fork.
Step 3
3. Fill up water till the level of the small bowl twice and pour it into the eggs.
Step 4
4. Beat it till the water is mixed with eggs.
Step 5
5. Sprinkle some salt on the eggs mixture.
Step 6
6. To have a smooth steam eggs, sieve the mixture into another plate.
Step 7
7. Steam the eggs for 20mins with boiling water in the pot.
Step 8
8. Slice the steam eggs as shown in the photo. Pour sesame oil and light soya sauce for taste.
