Step 1
Heat a pan over medium-high and add the olive oil. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the ground beef, eggs, salt, and Italian spices and cook until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the bone broth, stir in the tomato paste, and let the sauce simmer for about 7 minutes
Step 4
Heap the hot cabbage into a bowl. Ladle the sauce overtop, and serve hot with fresh basil, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese
