Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Cut spaghetti squash in half. Place cut sides down in a baking dish. Add 1/3 cup water and bake 30 minutes.
Step 2
Discard seeds from squash. Scrape sides with fork for the spaghetti.
Step 3
Saute in hot oil for 2 minutes with salt on stove. Add to dish.
Step 4
Now, Sprinkle Shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large skillet 3-4 minutes and remove from pan.
Step 5
Add cream, broth, lemon juice, wine, mustard, and salt to skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
Step 6
Add spinach and dill. Cook until spinach wilts. Stir in Shrimp.
