Ingredients

8 piecesbacon
cut into half inch pieces
2 poundbeef stew meat
½ tspseasoned salt
2 cuponion
diced
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 ½ cupwater
2 TbspBeef Base
4 Tbsptomato paste
4 Tbspchili powder
3 tspbrown sugar
1 tspcumin
½ tspsmoked paprika
½ tsppepper
2 x 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
2 x 10 ozcan Rotel
2 x 15 ozcan kidney beans
rinsed and drained
Instructions
Step 1
Turn multi cooker on Saute. Add in the bacon and cook until crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon pieces and set on a paper towel lined plate.
Step 2
Add the stew meat into the multicooker and brown in the bacon grease for about 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle in the seasoned salt. Add in the onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add in the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Stir in the water, bouillon, tomato paste, chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, paprika, pepper, crushed tomatoes, Rotel and beans.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 5
Stir in the bacon. Serve and enjoy!
