Korean Popcorn Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into small pieces (size of popcorn chicken)
Step 2
Place chicken in a large container and add cornflour. Shake and mix together
Step 3
Add to frypan on high heat and drizzle with oil. Cook for 3-4 mins each side
Step 4
Once chicken is finished, set aside in a bowl. Then add sauce ingredients together in a pan
Step 5
Once thickened, add chicken into sauce and mix together
Step 6
Serve with rice and any other accompaniments
