Step 1
Cook Lentils via your favorite method, I prefer the instapot. Then transfer into the crockpot

no-chicken broth14 oz
Step 2
While those are cooking, dice and saute veggies (I like to chop using a veggie chopper & measure everything before I start cooking). Then dump into the crockpot.

Step 3
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, once combined stir into crockpot, cook on low for 4-6 hours
