Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into cubes and part boil for 5 - 10 minutes

Cut chicken breasts into strips and place into slow cooker
Step 3
Cut onion and celery into small and add to slow cooker with Sweetcorn

Add part boiled potatoes and carrots to slow cooker and mix all
Step 5
Add herbs and basil, around 300ml water and 2 chicken stock pots and stir a little with 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)

Turn on low for around 6 - 8 hours

Add peas around 1 hour before and stir

Add dumplings to top around 30 - 40 minutes before serving

1 cup plain flour into bowl and add 2 tea spoon baking powder

Add 1 tablespoon butter and parsley

Add water until dough forms

Roll into balls and add to stew about 40 min before serving
