Step 1
Mix cream, mascapone, masala desert wine, sugar until it's thickened
Step 2

Soak sponge fingers in coffee (granulas and boiling water) for a couple of seconds so it's not soggy
Step 3
Layer cream over sponge fingers (half of pack)
Step 4
Layer again until all sponge fingers are gone and put cream on top and grated chocolate or chocolate chips
Step 5
Leave in fridge over night, sieve cocoa powder to serve
