Instructions

Step 1
Break up leftover roti in little pieces, top with sugar, milk and yoghurt. Mix everything, cover and refrigerate overnight so the roti soaks everything up nicely.
Step 2
In the morning, take it out, top with some more sugar and milk so its not dry and enjoyy it while its cold!
Step 3
(I used 2 rotis in mine but this method is for one, you can double or triple the amount based on the no. of rotis you have leftover and how creamy/milky/sweet you like so adjust yoghurt, milk and sugar quantities a bit)
