Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, grated cheese, garlic salt, herbs, and sugar in a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Beat egg with milk, and add blue cheese and broccoli.
Step 3
Fold wet and dry ingredients together. Don't over mix
Step 4
Divide mixture into sprayed or lined muffin tin.
Step 5
Fill muffin tin 3/4 of the way.
Step 6
Bake ar 210°c for 12-15 minutes or til the muffin springs back
